What do we get when we request demo access?
A login to Demo County EMS, a sample agency where you can explore the crew app and portal. We reply by email, usually within one business day.
Does every feature cost extra?
No. All 17 features are included at $30 per person per year, with a 30-person minimum and a one-time $400 setup fee.
Will our protocols work without a signal?
Crews can open protocols already downloaded to their phones. A connection is needed to receive updates.
Is EMS Matrix an ePCR or payroll service?
No. EMS Matrix is for agency protocols and operations. It does not hold patient care reports or process payroll.
