$30 per person, per year.
Every module included. A 30-person minimum and a one-time $400 setup fee. No tiers, no add-ons, no other fees.
To start: $400 setup + 35 people × $7.50 × 4 quarters left in the year = $1,450. Then 35 × $30 = $1,050 every January 1.

Garage Connect is included with Trucks & Equipment. Unlimited shops. Garage users are not counted in your per-person price.
Who counts
Each active member or pending invitation. Deactivating someone frees their place right away for someone else; history stays. Garage and dispatch logins are not counted. Billing reductions take effect at renewal.
Minimum
30 people. Above that, add people one at a time.
Renewal
Calendar year. Renews every January 1.
Setup fee
$400, once, when your agency signs. No other fees.
Not a billing or payroll system. Timesheets exports a payroll file for the one you use.

How does mid-year billing work?
Licenses run January 1–December 31. People added mid-year cost $7.50 per person per quarter left, counting the current one. 30 people signed in August: $400 + 30×$7.50×2 = $850; January renewal $900.
Who does setup?
You do, with our help: upload and review your protocol document, set your formulary, import your roster, add your logo and colors. We walk you through each step.
Which file should we upload for our protocols?
Upload your Word file (.docx); it carries your provider levels and colors. A PDF saved from Word also works (crews see the pages with quick links). Scanned PDFs can't be read.
